SamXom

SamXom is a custom-built blogging system which:

• Keeps data in a MySQL database
• Supports user comments
• Uses Smarty templates
• Provides RSS and Atom feeds
• Is built using PHP

I may post it on sourceforge at some point. A zipped copy of the core components is now here:
